IT-NewVision was founded in late 2006 by IT system integration professionals, who wanted to expand their activities into two areas: human resources and customer relationship management in the specific sectors of utilities and telecoms.  IT-NewVision is a subsidiary of Business Software Consulting, a consultancy and service company in the field of desktop publishing and document lifecycle management, ETL and Business Intelligence (www.bsc-france.com).
		IT-NewVision’s goal is to assist businesses with their organisation and their IT systems, using a global approach to cover all consultancy, services and resource management needs, with a focus on human resources management and the commercial management of water and energy. IT-NewVision strives to be a human-scale, civic-minded company, a vector for integration, with an international outlook and a policy of sustainable development. The IT-NewVision business model can be broken down into two related groups of activities:
		Consultancy: consultancy services to help manage system transformation projects: definition studies, assistance in designing and setting up the project, selecting solutions, steering the project, project management, support in changes needed, and in near-shoring business.
		Services: technological services and support in the field of IT system integration focusing on the leading market software packages: ORACLE CC&B, ORACLE  ETM, HIGHDEAL Transactive, SAP HCM. In this field, IT-NewVision works with major national and international corporate accounts.
