We analyse the customer’s existing system, before sitting down with them to define the specifications of the target system and produce the transformation study that will determine how to pass from “AsIs” to “ToBe” (with regard to processes, organisation and system), as well as to predict the impact of this transformation (financial, staff, etc.). We then accompany the customer through this transformation with definition studies and follow-up as the project develops/progresses.
