7.     Remain impartial when giving a professional opinion, judgement or decision.

8.     Inform customers of any conflict of interest that may come up in carrying out a mission.

9.     Accept no remuneration that may affect our independence of judgement.

10.  Promote the concept of selection based on skill.

11.  Never inadvertently or intentionally undermine the reputation or work of others.

12.  Never use unfair methods when competing with colleagues.

13.  Never take over the work of another consultant-engineer unless expressly requested by the customer.
